The Secretariat is located at the Vanuatu Cultural Centre, in beautiful Port Vila.

The Secretariat is managed by PIMA Board Member, Mr Ralph Regenvanu (Director of the Vanuatu National Cultural Council)

Dr Kim Selling is employed as Secretary General (through the support of AVI - Australian Volunteers International)

Mr Robert Koran is employed as Assistant Secretary General (through the support of the French Embassy of Vanuatu in Port Vila)
